We’re happy to share that we were recently audited by DNV for the first time
on the Safety Culture Ladder (SCL) and we’ve reached level 3 – a major
achievement for the team and a solid foundation for us to continue to improve
on.

The Safety Culture Ladder encourages safety awareness and conscious safe

behaviour. It is an instrument for measuring safety awareness, attitude and
behaviour in companies and has a total of five steps. The goal is to reduce the
number of unsafe situations with fewer incidents as a result.

The WIND team is motivated to work more safely and committed to climbing
the Safety Culture Ladder further.
